From 2002 - 2008, Tap managed all aspects of this iconic site, in the heart of Melbourne's CBD, including media sales, production and logistics for many of Australia's best known brands and media companies. Tap delivered a 100% occupancy rate and an ROI exceeding budget year on year. Tap also instigated and project managed a revolutionary automated billboard installation system, providing absolute safety to the public and efficiency guaranteeing zero loss of media time.

Telstra took over the tenancy and site in 2007 and Tap continued to manage copy changes for Telstra until a digital screen was erected in 2008.
